At a factory meeting today, the staff of Ernst Paul Lehmann Patentwerk unanimously backed the sale to Mr. Schöntag. The vote at the creditors’ meeting also secures the future of the Nürnberg facility and the jobs of the staff there. Together, all will work for a successful transition.
