Dal curriculum di Rob Davie: In August 1990 I led an MBO of Michael Peters Retail from the Receivers of the Michael Peters Group. The new company (named XMPR in reference to "eX Michael Peters Retail") traded successfully throughout the recession of the early 90's, establishing a high profile and strong track record, competing for and winning many prestigious projects. Major staff changes, resultant share restructuring, the need for new premises and the lack of sufficient working capital resulted in me seeking new equity partners, hence the subsequent involvement of the MICE Group from August ‘96. ---------- Marino |
